§ 9. Filing of plat.

  • After approval of the final plat by the planning and zoning commission and correction of the plat as required, the developer or surveyor shall submit to the city planning and development department the required number of copies for filing with the county clerk and a completed contract with bonds. These copies shall bear all signatures but those of the city officials. After signature by these city officials, the developer or surveyor must complete the filing process and return the required number of filed copies to the city. Said copies all show the volume and page of the map and plat records into which the plat was filed by the county clerk.
