§ 1-100. [Adopted.]

The City of The Colony hereby adopts a comprehensive plan, dated March 19, 2007, as amended by the incorporation of the Master Thoroughfare Plan, dated April 16, 2008, full copies of which shall be maintained in the office of the city secretary, for long range development providing for land use, transportation and public facilities that are organized by subject or geographic area and which shall be used to coordinate and guide the establishment of development regulations.
