§ 12-25. Receptacles not to contain bricks, etc.; maximum weight.

The receptacles shall not contain rocks, bricks, building debris and other such matter that may cause the receptacles to burst or tear. In no event shall the total weight of a bag and its contents exceed 30 pounds.
