§ 12-88. Permit fee amount.

The fee to be paid to the city for the permit and/or inspection required by this article shall be established by resolution of the city council.

The applicant shall pay the required fee to the city upon the submission of his application. The applicant shall not be entitled to a refund of any permit fee, unless he withdraws the application within 48 hours of submission.
