§ 12-100.05. Penalty.

(a)

Any person who shall violate any provision of this division shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $2,000.00. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

If the governing body of the city determines that a violation of this division creates a threat to the public safety, the city may bring suit in the district court of the county in which the person who committed the offense resides or has an office to enjoin the person, firm, partnership, corporation, or association from engaging in the prohibited activity. The city is not required to give bond as a condition to the issuance of injunctive relief.
