§ 12-110. Other fees and charges.

(a)

The city shall assess a fee established by resolution of the city council for the dishonor of any check tendered to the city in payment of any charges or fees assessed by the city.

(b)

The city shall assess a fee established by resolution of the city council for reconnecting a customer to the city water or wastewater system whose service has been disconnected for nonpayment.

(c)

The city shall assess a fee established by resolution of the city council for turning on the water at the request of the customer between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on weekdays, or at any time on Saturday, Sunday, or any legal holiday, or upon demand of a customer for immediate service instead of making an appointment.

(d)

The charges and fees provided in this section shall be in addition to, not in lieu of, any charges, fees, rates or penalties assessed under other provisions of this section or of the city Code.
