It shall be unlawful for any person to enter, or attempt to enter any theater, athletic
field, or other place of public amusement when any game, exhibition, performance or
entertainment is being given, or prior thereto, without paying the admission fee and
without having the consent of the lessee, agent or manager of such place of public
amusement.
