§ 13-111. Authority, enforcement.

(a)

The city manager or his designee is hereby authorized to issue and suspend, if necessary, shoreline use permits as provided in this article.

(b)

The city manager or his designee has the power and authority to issue a notice or citation to any person in violation of any provision of this article.
