§ 15-4. Same—Charitable organizations, salespersons, etc.

It shall be the duty of all charitable organizations and their representatives, commercial agents dealing with local business establishments in the usual course of business, insurance salespersons, real estate salespersons and or others licensed by the state to follow the same registration procedures as outlined above for persons engaged in commerce.
