§ 18-91. Unlawful operation.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate, ride or propel skateboards, rollerblades, roller skates, inline skates, and motorized and nonmotorized scooters on or in any city owned property, improvements, and facilities including city owned parking lots. However, this section does not apply to city hike and bike trails, the skateboard park or to streets, sidewalks, and alleys.
