§ 2-1. Elections—Districts created.

There are hereby created election districts for the election of four members of the council, places three, four, five and six. The members of the council to be elected to such places shall be residents of and elected by the qualified voters of these geographical districts. Such single member geographical districts are created and described in accordance with section 2.03(a) of the Charter and shall correspond to places three, four, five and six respectively. Said single member geographical district boundaries shall be as established from time to time by ordinance. The ordinance creating these four districts shall remain on file in the office of the city secretary.
