§ 2-11. Same—Absence or inability to serve.

In the event of temporary absence or inability to serve of the municipal judge, the city council may appoint a suitable and qualified person as temporary judge to serve for such period of temporary absence or inability to serve. Such temporary judge, if so appointed, shall duly take the oath of judge of the municipal court.
