§ 5-27. Revocation of permit.

The animal control division shall revoke a permit to own, possess, exhibit, or harbor a prohibited animal within the city if the permit holder fails to:
(1)

Properly restrain the animal;

(2)

Adequately care for or protect the animal;

(3)

Meet all requirements specified on the prohibited animal permit.
