§ 8-7. Officers authorized to execute warrants—Listed.

The following officers are authorized to withdraw monies from the city depositories by the execution of city warrants or vouchers:
(1)

Mayor.

(2)

Mayor pro tem, in the absence or disability of the mayor.

(3)

City manager.

(4)

City secretary.

(5)

Deputy city secretary.

(6)

Council member.
