§ 14-10. Certification of youth sport coaches.

All volunteer youth sport head coaches in the city shall be required to be certified through the National Youth Sports Coaches Association or an approved certification program before the season begins for the sport they are coaching. If a coach is recruited late or during the season he will have two weeks from the time of recruitment to become certified.
