§ 14-8. Penalty.

Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, association or other entity recognized in law violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall upon conviction thereof, be fined in a sum not to exceed $500.00, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
